Only what you send us: through an enquiry form on this site, or by phone, WhatsApp or email. On the forms that is your name, your company, your role or business type, your phone number, your email address and what you write to us. A sample request also asks for the address to send the samples to.

To answer your enquiry, and, if you decide to buy from us, to supply you. We rely on our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us, and on taking the steps you ask for before an order. We do not sell your details, share them for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

A form sends your enquiry to our inbox by email, through Resend, an email delivery service. For a Kellogg’s Noodles or drinks trade request we also send you one short receipt, to the address you gave, saying we have it. Like any website, the server keeps short technical logs of requests, such as IP addresses, to keep the site running and safe.

For as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any business that follows from it. After that we delete it.

This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising trackers, and stores nothing in your browser.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or object to how we use it: email info@freshfbl.com.
